Free Trial & Subscriptions

You get a 7-day free trial to explore all features. After the trial, you'll be charged based on your selected plan (weekly, yearly, or lifetime). You can cancel anytime with one tap in your iPhone Settings. No hidden fees, no surprises.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact support@bedtimestories.com within 30 days and we'll process a full refund. No questions asked.

Content Usage

All bedtime stories, lullabies, and sounds are for personal, non-commercial use only. You can listen to stories with your family, download them for offline use, but you cannot redistribute, sell, or publicly broadcast our content.

Account Responsibility

You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share your login credentials. If you notice unauthorized access, contact us immediately and we'll help secure your account.

Service Availability

We work hard to keep the app available 24/7, but occasional downtime may occur for maintenance or updates. We'll notify you in advance when possible. Offline downloads ensure your child can always access their favorite stories.
